Filtering instructions for Email clients

Outlook | Outlook Express | Eudora

Outlook:

Go to Tools - Then to Rules Wizard.



Click New.



At the top, select "start from a blank rule."

Click Next.



Check the second box that says "with specific words in the subject", down at the bottom.



Click on "specific words". Type in POSSIBLE SPAM.

Click OK.



Then click the 4th box that says delete it..

Then click on finish.



Outlook Express:

Go to Tools � Message RulesMail.



A New Message window should come up.

In the first section you want to check the second box,
�where the Subject line contains specific words.�



In the third section click where it says �... contains specific words.�
In the second box check the 3rd selection, �Delete it.�



A box should pop up where you can type in possible spam. Click Add.



It should look like this once it is added:



Then click OK.

Your DONE!

Eudora 5.2

1. Click Special - then Make Filter.



2. A Make filter box will pop up. Choose the following options:

Check Incoming and Manual.
Click on subject, then type in "Possible Spam."
For Action, choose the "Delete Message" option.



Then choose Create Filter and Eudora will create the filter.
