"I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how great having DSL is. We have always used the same line for the internet, fax and credit card machine. This has allowed us to work so much more efficiently without having to get on and off the Internet while needing to fax or use the credit card machine. I knew this would be much better than the dial-up but did not realize just how much better this would be.
We had quite a tough time getting this to work but I now feel like it was worth the wait. Also everyone I came in contact with including yourself when trying to resolve this problem were great to work with.
